I have a swollen lymph node in my left shoulder. it is not in my arm pit. it is in the front of my shoulder just above the crease of the bend. i have lost range of motion. i cant reach behind my back without excruciating pain. what is it. can i fix?

The location you described is not a normal site for a lymph node. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Since the matter is interfering with your activities, it would be prudent to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Wish you good health!
