See plastic surgeon: Most of the swelling is down by a year. This might be an anatomic issue that needs more surgery or scar tissue that can be addressed with a steroid injection. See your plastic surgeon.

i had a septoplasty/rhinoplasty two months ago with a cartilage graft at the tip. the tip is painfully swollen and i haveblister like things in my nostrils. what should i do?

If red sore see doc: It's not unusual for the nose to be swollen and sore after surgery.  Can last several months as it heals.  If there are blisters and fluid leaking from skin you should see your doctor.   If the "blister like things" are little firm knots in nose they will resolve and nothing to worry about.

just got the injectable rhinoplasty done today. my nose is really swollen and bruised. it looked great at first but looks worse now. will this heal?

It will take time: Your nose should return to what it looked like immediately after the injections. It takes about 4-6 weeks for most of the swelling and bruising to resolve.

See your ENT: Your symptoms are possibly related to the structural changes that occurred from the surgery that may be allowing more access of allergens into the sinuses. You may also be having an additional rebound effect from the nasal spray. Please consider seeing your ENT physician for confirmation of the reason for the problem.

Most of the time OK: While eating bitting inside of cheek ( mucosa ) will be ok in few days  will heal completely , if you have large gap in the mucosa then may need additional care , need to see your dentist or oral surgeon.

Saliadenitis: Often sudden swelling of the cheek right behind the ear or right below the jawbone may be due to saliadenitis an acute inflammation of salivary tissue.  Initial treatment with ibuprofen and aggressive hydration.   Occasionally benefits from antibiotics.  If persists for more than a week or two see a head and neck specialistm
