Allergies: This sounds like allergies.  Rubbing makes worse.  Naphcon-A eye drops are very effective and very inexpensive and don't cause the sedation of other antihistamines.  Avoid all scented products and aerosols for now.  If these drops don't help, see a doctor.

one of my tear ducts is swollen and white sometimes it hurts if i touch it.looks like a little bubble . my other eye it's fine, white and small .

Eye exam: This is either a blocked year duct which would result in tearing and/or discharge with possible redness and swelling over the tear duct opening. Or this is a clogged oil gland that would result in an eyelid bump with redness and swelling lateral to the year duct. You should see your eye doctor to evaluate. Warm compresses may help until your appointment.

Needs to be seen: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment.  It sounds like just a small cyst but an exam will be needed to confirm

Eye twitching: is usually a benign condition. More and better sleep sometimes helps. Watch your caffeine intake. You list dizziness and B complex vitamin use. Excessive Vit B6 can cause large fiber sensory neuropathy resulting in unsteadiness. Also use Perlane (dermal fillers) or other fillers with caution near the eyes. It can cause swelling and irritation.

on november after excessive pc time for a work project with fast changing images i got an eye twitching in the eye bag area under right eye for 2 days.then it left.since then,sometimes, rarely though i might get it for a while. is it related to pc?

: Sounds as if you had an episode of orbital myokymia, a consequence of eye strain, fatigue, stress, and on occasion, metabolic imbalances.  Typically benign, self-limited, and lasting only a few days at most.

ISeeSaidThe BlindMan: Is that normal? Yeah, normal for a worsening infection! If you haven't seen a doctor,do so and if you have, see someone else.Some Motrin and a warm washcloth will ease some of the pain but you need an exam,antibiotic and maybe the services of an opthalmologist who might have to drain some of that infection. Sooner the better.If scar tissue develops you might be left with a chronically tearing eye!

: Muscle twitching is caused by minor muscle contractions in the area. Causes include lack of nutrients in the diet, medication side effects, lack of sleep, too much caffeine/exercise/stress, medical conditions that cause metabolic disorders, including low potassium, kidney disease, and uremia. Calcium /Magnesium supplement may help. If symptoms continue see a DR.
