GET EVALUATED: The eye lid twitching could well be a benign myokymia, but the facial swelling suggests infection, and wonder if your parotid gland is swollen. Focal dental issues need assessment. Get some help from a practitioner.

Facial swelling: If it hurts it could be an infection and can be serious. If there is no pain then it could be allergic. Take some Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and cut down salt in your diet. You can also apply witch hazel to the swelling.
