On november after excessive pc time for a work project with fast changing images i got an eye twitching in the eye bag area under right eye for 2 days.then it left.since then,sometimes, rarely though i might get it for a while. is it related to pc?

Sounds as if you had an episode of orbital myokymia, a consequence of eye strain, fatigue, stress, and on occasion, metabolic imbalances. Typically benign, self-limited, and lasting only a few days at most.
