I have a tear duct infection x2 days i have developed worsening pain redness and a edema pouch in the eye bag area that comes and goes is this normal?

If you haven't seen a doctor,do so and if you have, see someone else.Some Motrin and a warm washcloth will ease some of the pain but you need an exam,antibiotic and maybe the services of an opthalmologist who might have to drain some of that infection. Sooner the better.If scar tissue develops you might be left with a chronically tearing eye!
