: Antibiotics should be given at the prescribed dose.  If your child has recovered, it is fine to stop.  Do not restart antibiotics without consulting your doctor; a different dose or a different antibiotic may be needed if the infection recurs.  Do let your doctor know.

Please see Below: Treatment is done in two cycles. The worms are killed early on but eggs laid. The second cycle is to make sure that even medication of the worms has occurred. There is an excellent website called patient.Co.Uk. On there you can look up some other information just in case it hasn't been relayed to you. It consists of all of the measures that you need to treat this condition including how to take care of your household where eggs have obviously been dropped. This is very important to fully eradicate the threadworms or pinworms as they are also called. Good luck to you and your daughter and i hope that this infection clears up soon. One website that i saw also said that everyone in the household should be treated. I would contact your physician regarding that as well.

: It sounds like a viral upper respiratory infection. The only treatment is symptomatic (no antibiotics) so those meds are fine (one or the other)..

What strength: What strength is the suspension? 80mg/0.8ml or 160mg/5ml?  The mg dose for a  22lb child should be between 100mg and 150mg per dose.

Problem: Not sure exactly what you are asking, but a visit to a specialist will be necessary, assuming you are interested in having children in the future. Doing surgery and not doing surgery both have implications and more testing will likely be needed to figure out how to proceed.
