If you have been: Bleeding for a month and now your abdomen hurts, you need to see your physician to get referred to a GI doc. The differential is extensive and does include diseases such as colitis or even tumor which can get serious pretty quickly.

Since : Since it is impossible to say whether your bleeding is from your surgery or from damage from your mva, you should be seen by a doctor as soon as possible.  You should give you ob/gyn or the doctor who did your surgery a call.  They may want to see you in their office or they may direct you to the er.  Good luck!

Yes: Usually during surgery on the tubes an instrument is placed in the uterus to help manipulate it during the procedure. It is common to see spotting after surgery. You cycle should resume as normal with your next cycle.

Yes: Sadly, if a lesion like a polyp is found, it should be removed. Very rarely a cancer can be inside the polyp and it's important to remove any lesion in the uterus in event had cancerous elements. Almost always polyps are benign, so don't worry too much!

If bleeding internally, surgical access and resolution are most common approach--except in limited situations with solid organs (liver / spleen) after some traumas that are watched very closely for cessation. Keep it moist: The reason most deviated septums bleed is bc the lining overlying the septum becomes dry. Start with vaseline applied with a qtip a couple of times a day. You can even try nasal saline mist (spray). If that doesnt work you can try ponaris which is what i recommend for really dry patients. However, fixing the deviated septum not only helps with the bleeding but helps the patient breathe much better.

Hemophilia?: Why the knee bleeds ? If there is a compelling emergency to fix the knee physicians may try to give fresh frozen plasma during the procedure; if the bleeding is due to hemopnilia the specific factors must be given or at least cryoprecipitates. Consult witha hematologist. No physician will risk surgery during and posteriorlynto surgery unless they knowmtheyncan stop the bleeding.
