Carpal Tunnel Synd: Sounds like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. (CTS).

Due to repetitive motions (gripping, twisting, etc), involving excessive flexing of the hand and fingers.  Try a simple exercise, repeatedly extending the fingers and wrist 50-75 times, until the extensor muscles in the forearm become fatigued.  Do this several times per day.  May take several week for symptoms to resolve.  Topical DMSO may help.

There are many: potential causes for the symptoms you describe. Unfortunately these cannot be differentiated over the internet. You need to be examined and have some blood work done to be certain of the diagnosis. Make an appointment for evaluation ASAP.

Could be: You can get arthritis in your hand and this can cause sudden worsening pain with some activities.  Other causes could be trigger finger or snapping tendon.  Splinting or buddy taping to adjacent finger is ok for a while, but can cause stiffness if splinted too long.

Wrist Pain: Why do you have arm/elbow/wrist pain? Any history of trauma? Do you play any sport? Is it just pain or with redness and swelling? Cold compress and nsaids such as ibuprofen/aleve can help relieve the inflammation.  If it doesnt go away, get it checked by your doctor. Hope you feel better.

Please clarify/check: This could be heart disease, but it could be from stress also.  You might have a pneumothorax as you are young, but this usually occurs in thin individuals.  Your weight puts you at increased risk for heart disease, but you are young and your tests were negative.  So it would be wise to see your doctor for a full work-up including what situations this occurs in and if you're under stress.
