Wrist Pain: Why do you have arm/elbow/wrist pain? Any history of trauma? Do you play any sport? Is it just pain or with redness and swelling? Cold compress and nsaids such as ibuprofen/aleve can help relieve the inflammation. If it doesnt go away, get it checked by your doctor. Hope you feel better.
