Carpal Tunnel Synd: Sounds like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. (CTS). Due to repetitive motions (gripping, twisting, etc), involving excessive flexing of the hand and fingers. Try a simple exercise, repeatedly extending the fingers and wrist 50-75 times, until the extensor muscles in the forearm become fatigued. Do this several times per day. May take several week for symptoms to resolve. Topical DMSO may help.
