What can i do from pain in hands?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. You may take acetaminophen for pain relief, no more than 4 gm in one day and no alcohol. Wish you good health!

Bilateral hand pain involving the small joints is always of concern for inflammatory arthritis and/or carpal tunnel and seeing your doc for an exam and thorough history would be best as it is not likely that the pain will improve unless caused by a recent infection. Diclofenac topical gel may be used in the interim for temporary relief.
