i need some questions answered about my father he has had a stroke.

Stroke: I am sorry to hear about your father. If this was an ischemic stroke (the ones where blood flow to the brain is interrupted) new data suggest that most stroke victims do improve and may continue to show signs of recovery even years after the stroke. That, obviously, will depend on stroke size and other concomitant diseases or complications. I wish him a meaningful recovery.

i have read publications that there's no  solid answer to my question on the connection of migraine aura and stroke risk,what are the risk if you are healthy person, do you need to take propranolol for example to reduce migraine frequency?

As you know from the: material I sent last time, there is no clearly defined connection however there is a connection between Migraine and CVA risk. It would seem logical that reducing aura will contribute to a reduced risk. Regardless, the Propranolol has significantly reduced your frequency of aura and treated your palpitations. Beta blockers are good for people. Stay on it.

no, my question is "is it possible to have a stroke in your sleep?

Yes.: A stroke (interruption of the blood flow to a particular part of the brain) can occur at any time. While it is unusual, it can occur during sleep when the brain is supposed to be resting. Generally, your blood pressure declines when you sleep and there is less change in blood flow, so the chances are lower; however, if there is a stroke, oftentimes it will be known right after you wake up.

No: No, but it may feel like you're having one if you're having a panic attack.  It's worth getting some help.

what do you suggest if my sister just had a hemorrhagic stroke, have a few questions?

Depends on location: The size and location of the hemorrhagic stroke will determine the outcome. If is very large and causing pressure on the surrounding brain, it may need to be removed by a neurosurgeon. If it is in an area that controls speech or movement, there will likely be long term deficits. If it is a small bleed, it will likely resorb over time and she may not need surgery.

is full recovery possible in ischemic stroke?  to what extend recovery can be done in this case? ( answer in %)

Possible: If it is a small ischemic stroke then full recovery is possible.  Unless your are left handed, it would be unusual to have aphasia from a right brain stroke.  If you mean right sided weakness that would be more typical.  I would need to see the MRI to give you a % of possible recovery that would be possible but certainly improvement from your current condition is a possibility.

Not stroke: Sounds like you have a problem with the mental nerve branch of viii trigeminal.  A dentist or head and neck doctor should be able to help you.

May resolve: But don't just wait.  Work with a speech therapist and learn to overcome the disability.

Probably not: There is no surgery which can correct the effects of a prior stroke.
