Is full recovery possible in ischemic stroke? to what extend recovery can be done in this case? ( answer in %)

Possible: If it is a small ischemic stroke then full recovery is possible. Unless your are left handed, it would be unusual to have aphasia from a right brain stroke. If you mean right sided weakness that would be more typical. I would need to see the MRI to give you a % of possible recovery that would be possible but certainly improvement from your current condition is a possibility.
