Not enough info: You said that you had fracture blisters. Did you have a fracture? Was it an open fracture? An infection can happen after any operation-that's a risk of surgery.

Varies: Strep is a bacterial infection and so a viral infection will be negative for strep.  It is fairly common for patients with viral infections to get pains in their joints and muscles.  It can be from toxins from the infection itself or even be as a result of the bodies immune response to the infection.  Don't hesitate to discuss with your doctor.

Many ways...: The best otc medication (in my opinion) is lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra.  Socks should be a synthetic material (i know i'll take heat for this) like those manufactured by thorlo [http://www.Thorlo.Com/].  Dilute vinegar soaks are good as well.  Dry the inside of your shoes by placing them up-side down over an air return vent in your home overnight.

Hard to say: without seeing a picture.  Is the infection in your toenails or skin?  A fungal infection of your toes is termed "Onychomycosis" and usually responds to oral antifungal medications

Swedo from nimh present this in the 90's, but i've not seen translational research - i.e., genetic set-up for ts  with streptococcal infection as a trigger for symptoms.

gyn ran tests for infection.  found out i have group b strep and neg other.  is there anything i need to do for that?  don't plan on having any kids.

Not uncommon: Group b strep is a common germ found in the female genital tract.At any time as many as 1/3 will have it.It also comes and goes over time without treatment. It is important near the end of a pregnancy when it can transfer to the baby and cause serious infection.It can occasionally be a cause for a uti.It is unlikely to be of significance to you.

25 days ago i cut bottom of foot on a bed frame. cut 1-1.5 inches. no sign of infection but still hasn't healed completely. is this normal for a foot?

Healing: A cut that is deep may take a little longer on the bottom of the foot. The skin edges should be reapproximated as best as possible to speed up the healing staying off the foot or using crutches may speed healing. I would consult a physician to make sure no other structures were injured. Good luck.

day 7 of amoxicillin for strep got yeast infection. stopped the amoxicillin. should i be worried for complications from strep stopping it 3 days early?

Yes.: Original studies (from decades ago) demonstrated that without a full ten day course of antibiotics you remain at risk for the development of Rheumatic heart and kidney disease. This is why the health care provider instructs you to complete the full course of prescribed antibiotics. Eat yogurt for the yeast infection and use over the counter vaginal yeast treatments.
