Healing: A cut that is deep may take a little longer on the bottom of the foot. The skin edges should be reapproximated as best as possible to speed up the healing staying off the foot or using crutches may speed healing. I would consult a physician to make sure no other structures were injured. Good luck.

Tetanus shot: You cut your foot on a bed frame and have concerns about healing. As long as no excessive redness, drainage, foul smell, then it should heal. You need toile sure your tetanus shot is up to date if bed frame was metal. Make sure to wear clean socks daily. Hope this helps.
