Yes, BUT.: There are commercial tests available. They are not more effective than other methods of screening ( fecal occult blood and colonoscopy) and are not as cost effective.

Blood not cancer: The test looks for blood in the stool and if positive is an indication for colonoscopy. You can ask your doctor for the test. Unless you have family history of early onset colon cancer, you may delay the testing to when you turn 50.

Here are few thought: Colon Cancer is often a silent disease in its early stages. That is why a colonoscopy examination is advised at the age of 50 years.
Some people will present with rectal bleeding(Blood in the stools). Abdominal pain and anemia related symptoms(fatigue) can also be a signal of colon cancer. Stool tests(2 of them) are also available through your PCP.

Much less likely...: No test is definitive, & stool tests for blood are only as good as the moment they are checked (gi bleeding can be intermittent & thus missed). The most definitive test to allay your concerns about colon cancer is a well-prepped colonoscopy performed by an expert  you qualify for screening by age criteria, & perhaps based on symptoms (although you have not shared with us if you have any distress).

: Colon cancer is rare at you age. It is likely due to hemorrhoid if you are constipated. However, you should have a sigmoidoscopy done to confirm the hemorrhoid and ruling out mass.
Unfortunately, malignant lesion in the lesion is usually asymptomatic.
