No STD, not serious: This could be a prostate problem, with referred pain to the testicle.  Or no disease at all; not all pain indicates a health problem.  With no clear diagnosis after all this work-up,  perhaps nothing more can be done. But it seems clear there is no serious problem and for sure no STD or other infection. You may have to just live with it.  Discuss with your urologist. Good luck.

with all std tests clear and 2wks doxycycline my testicles part left still painful with back pain. tip of penis also in pain. is it epidymititis?

Not epididymitis: Infectioius epididymitis almost always involves only one testicle, with marked swelling and tenderness. And the only STDs that cause it are gonorrhea and chlamydia, so your negative tests rule it out. Pain in both testicles without swelling, and/or pain referred to tip of penis usually means chronic pelvic pain syndrome, similar to non-bacterial prostatitis. diagnosed with epididymitis but std x 2 and uti tests clear pain persists l testicle and l back. 14 2 x day doxyc prior results. is it safe to hv sex?

Recheck with doctor: You'll need to ask the doctor or clinic treating you. You're close to the age (35) after which most epididymitis is not an STD. However, most of those have positive UTI tests. I have to wonder if you had something other than epididymitis (prostate problem?), and lack of clear response to doxycycline suggests something other than bacterial infection. Good luck!

Prostate? CPPS?: These are atypically mild symptoms for sexually acquired epididymitis. The only STD causes of epididymitis (gonorrhea and chlamydia) should have responded rapidly to levofloxacin and should have had positive tests. My guess is no STD and probably no epididymitis. Maybe prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS)? Happily, these usually are harmless. Keep working with your doctor. Good luck!

i had gonorrhoea three months back and got the treatment. after that std symptoms like pain in penis, groin,testicle, urge to pee are come and go. 7 essential sti pcr tests are negative. clear watery discharge in morning. what could be the reason?

: Of these symptoms, only the discharge indicates anything important. You may have nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), probably acquired at the same time as the gonorrhea. See a doctor (preferably an STI or infectious diseases specialist). If NGU is confirmed, with documentation of increased WBC in your urethra, you'll need additional treatment, and perhaps testing for Mycoplasma genitalium. Good luck.

: Yes there are. They are several as are causesfor pain in the areas mentioned. Best to see your doc or a Urologist

Not cancer: It is very highly unlikely that you have prostate cancer. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion about rest of your symptoms without examining you. If you are overweight, try losing weight for a beginning.

Testicle torsion: Testicular pain needs to be evaluated to rule out torsion (twisting) of testicles.  This should be checked out by a doctor with ultrasound as soon as possible as torsion is serious and can result in death of testicle tissue.
