No STD, not serious: This could be a prostate problem, with referred pain to the testicle. Or no disease at all; not all pain indicates a health problem. With no clear diagnosis after all this work-up, perhaps nothing more can be done. But it seems clear there is no serious problem and for sure no STD or other infection. You may have to just live with it. Discuss with your urologist. Good luck.
