Need surg consult: A Grade 2 Spondylolisthesis definitely needs to be evaluated and treated by an orthopaedic or neurosurgeon who specializes in spinal surgery.  You are just on the border of requiring spinal surgery, i.e. a fusion, with a Grade 2 slip.

The inguinal pain may/may not be related to the back. Time to see your surgeon for an up-to-date evaluation

Inguinal ligament: Maybe the ligament itself is injured?  But there is no pain with palpation?  It is not likely to be from your lower back spondylosis.  That would be more likely to affect your feet and calves.

: It means you need to look at the x-rays with your Dr and have them explain exactly what is going on. Different Drs will used differnt terms for the same thing.  eBe certain you have told him all the symptoms you are having. Your back is talking to you it seems. Listen and take good notes, share with your Drs and you all will figure it out. .

Yes: Your condition should not be reason to not engaging in the activities you mentioned.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Maybe nothing: The term occulta means that the finding was an incidental discovery during x-ray of your spine.  It can be a normal variant with no clinical significance.  Or - it could be associated with bladder problems, constipation, and tendency for pain in buttocks area.  It can be associated with tethered cord.

Skin covering: Spina bifida occulta, like open spina bifida, is a congenital malformation involving a problem with closing of the neural tube during development.  However, there is not exposed neural tissue in spina bifida occulta.  There can be tracts connecting the skin to the spinal cord, or lipomas or bands (tight filum) which can cause neurologic deficit. There can also be bony issues.
