Inguinal ligament: Maybe the ligament itself is injured? But there is no pain with palpation? It is not likely to be from your lower back spondylosis. I have grade 2 spondy at L5/S1 and spina bifada oculta. I have occasional mild moving pain along the right side belly button and groin region along the inguinal region and sometimes at right lower back. Doctor palpation normal he reckoned it'd get better
