Spider veins: Spider veins are dilated blood vessels that can occur anywhere  as you get older. Sun exposure and trauma such as pinching the skin can make them more common. Some families seem to get more of these and they are most noticeable in light-skined people.

Penis pain: You may have an infection or a foreskin that is especially tight.  Please start w/a visit to your primary care doctor.  He/she may refer you to a urologist if needed to take care of things.  Peace and good health.

Possibly: I often tell patients that pain is like the red "warning light" in your car when you start the engine.  If it goes on, it may be nothing, but it may be something, so best to take it to the mechanic.  Pain is often that "warning light" for our body.  It shouldn't hurt to urinate, so if it does I would see your Dr and get a simple urinalysis to rule out infection.

Flushing : Not clear what the mechanism of flushing is may not be a vascular basis.

See ENT: The resolution of symptoms from hydrocortisone (are you sure that it is not prednisone?) suggests that this is from an inflammatory condition- however the dose of  hydrocortisone is unlikely to be that effective in controlling inflammation.   Do note that chronic use of cortisone may lead to a lot of severe side effects .  Have you consulted an ENT whose practice focuses on the ears alone?

: Per your description these symptom are consistent with an overuse injury or probation  flattening the arch and injuring the posterior tendon. Did you change anything recently  your shoes, the speed, the terrain. Anything that is different. NSAIDs  and ice will help. Cause is most important.

Non bulging: Spider veins can be red, purple, green in color, not raised or bulging like varicose veins. Sclerotherapy is the gold standard for leg veins, then superficial laser for the tiny red veins on the face and the red ones remaining after sclerotherapy. The new medicines like Asclera and sts  don't hurt with the injection sclerotherapy . Need compression stockings after leg sclerotherapy.

Reduction of spiders: Spider veins are a very common problem and there are many causes including hereditary, aging, pregnancies and even sun exposure.  Treatments may include compression stockings and horse chestnut but these are temporizing measures. For more definitive treatment, sclerotherapy would be a better choice.  However, sclerotherapy is a process and may require multiple sessions.

Prevention : Wearing good supportive hose can help with symptoms but does not remove spider veins. Cosmetic's and hose can hide sider veins but either injection or laser are required to treat spider veins. Occasionally electric current can also be used.

Heredity: Heredity. Other factors can contribute to their development if you have inherited a tendency to get varicose veins in the first place. These include prolonged standing, age, pregnancy, hormones, and trauma. Surprisingly, obesity has not been shown to be a cause of varicose veins. It does increase the risk of complications though.  Getting varicose veins from crossing your legs is a wive's tale.
