What are some natural ways to eliminate spider veins?

Prevention : Wearing good supportive hose can help with symptoms but does not remove spider veins. Cosmetic's and hose can hide sider veins but either injection or laser are required to treat spider veins. Occasionally electric current can also be used.

There are none: "spider" veins are dilated blood vessels. Once present there is no "natural" way to eliminate them. Of course they may be covered with makeup.
