Reduction of spiders: Spider veins are a very common problem and there are many causes including hereditary, aging, pregnancies and even sun exposure. Treatments may include compression stockings and horse chestnut but these are temporizing measures. For more definitive treatment, sclerotherapy would be a better choice. However, sclerotherapy is a process and may require multiple sessions.

Treatment is best: Once you have spider veins you can somewhat reduce their visibility with tanning or fake tanning your skin. [ the fake tan is healthier] however the best way to make them go away is treatment. Sclerotherapy is the most versatile and best treatment for spider veins, but surface lasers can be effective for the tiny red spider veins.

Sclerotherapy: Sclerotherapy (injection of a medicine in the vein) is your best option. It works pretty well. Laser is good also. Treatments are simple and although it takes awhile to heal, the results are pretty good.
