See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, kappa and lambda light chain results have a large number of false positives and you may ignore it.

: You should give us the Hb, MCV &amp; MCH if these tests are done for the etiology of anemia. By these numbers, you do not have anemia due to hemolysis, multiple myeloma, less likely iron deficiency but chronic kidney disease-related anemia could not be ruled out. In early stage of CKD, erythropoietin level is still normal and it should be high if you have anemia due to non CKD related diseases.

SPEP: SPEP stands for serum protein electrophoresis. It is commonly used to separate out and identify abnormal protein in the blood called M-protein. Increased level of M-protein can be caused by infection, inflammation or cancer such as multiple myeloma. Myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells in bone marrow, which can produce excessive monoclonal M-protein detected by SPEP.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, none of the information you provided suggests cancer. Ife was positive for what? 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

SPEP FLC Lab tests: The serum protein electrophoresis (SPEP) with immunofixation (IFE) and the free light chain (FLC) kappa to lambda ratio tests are related and complementary laboratory tests for plasma cell dyscrasias such as multiple myeloma. Screening is often done with both SPEP + FLC and both can be used to follow myeloma treatment. If SPEP is negative, FLC k/l ratio can still be abnormal.

It can be tricky!: Testing for cushing syndrome (overproduction of cortisol) can be tricky because cortisol production occurs on a circadian rhythm (high in the morning, low at night).  The correct test needs to be done, and collected properly.  Sometimes, the tests to confirm cushing syndrome need to be done several times over a few months, to be sure it's not being missed.
