Phlebitis: inflammation of the vein, possibly due to trauma.  ice it and see if it improves.  if persistent or worsening see a doctor

Phlebitis: Sounds like phlebitis or mild localized thrombophlebitis.  Have the dr's office who ordered the blood drawn, or your pcp, check you out.  Good luck.

i had a mosquito land on the top of my hand right on my vein. i smacked it and killed it. about 4 hours later my hand is swollen in that spot and sore?

Trauma: Depending on how hard you smacked your hand, you may have damaged the blood vessels and there may be a bleeding into the tissues. Apply ice to the area and keep it elevated. It is not likely to be due to mosquito bite.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

i had my bloods drawn earlier this morning and now my arm is swelling. i noticed while the nurse was trying to get my blood on my right hand arm he kept blowing air from the syringe into my vein and now its sore and swelling?

Air in vein: It's dangerous to inject air into a vein as it can end up in the lungs causing an air embolism. The arm swelling can be caused by a blood clot in the vein. Get examined ASAP and have the physician report the nurse who you felt appeared to be injecting air into your vein so that an investigation can take place as to what really transpired during your venipuncture.

Locking fingers : Could be due to muscle spasm  or s muscle pull or could be a trigger finger where the tendon  is getting caught in the palm. 
See a hand surgeon if so continue. However the general approach ice. And nsaids can help anyone in the interval. Until you get care   As long as the person can take those safely.

Cyst?: Bump on top of hand or wrist may be a cyst. Other things could be a "carpal boss". Less commonly would be a vascular mass. If persists and is painful, see a local hand surgeon.

8 weeks ago i had iv in rt. hand. also drew blood from inside of rt. arm.  a few days later i had swelling and pain inside elbow area and down forearm.  still have pain in wrist and vein in my forearm is hard and tender. will this go away and when?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Eight weeks is too long for any after effects from blood draw and it would be prudent to see your doctor or contact the clinic where blood was drawn.

why is my palm sore & vein popping out?

Sorry,: But I am not aware of veins in the palm. Bulging vein on the back of your hands yes, it is seen during seniority when skin gets thinned and we are losing the fat pad around the veins. Than the veins look as they bulge more, 
the question is do you possibly confuse veins with tendons, as they are in the palm of your hand. If the hurt see a physician to rule out dupuytren's contracture!
