Sorry,: But I am not aware of veins in the palm. Bulging vein on the back of your hands yes, it is seen during seniority when skin gets thinned and we are losing the fat pad around the veins. Than the veins look as they bulge more, the question is do you possibly confuse veins with tendons, as they are in the palm of your hand. If the hurt see a physician to rule out dupuytren's contracture!
