Inclusion Cysts: These are likely small cysts.  You need to have them evaluated by your doctor or a dermatologist.  Removal may be an option and a cure.

had tdap shot a few days ago. side effects have subsided and arm is much less sore, but today my armpit is quite sore on the side the shot was given. cannot feel any lumps or swollen nodes. what is this?

: You know not to worry about it as well because it is likely to be transient. It is still possible there is inflammation in a reactive lymph node that you may not have palpated.

?yeast: If there is redness and itching, a yeast infection of the armpits is possible. Allergy to deodorants used is another possibility. The lumps may be swollen lymph glands reacting to the inflammation or infection. You may need to have your physician evaluate you. In the meantime discontinue any deodorant use, apply antiyeast,antibiotic ointment after applying warm moist applications and patting dry.

Several things: You have symptoms which could be serious and should see your physician.  He/she will listen to you, do a physical examinarion, run some tests, and let you know what's going on.

Have it checked out: They should not be sore. You should have these lumps which are likely lymph nodes evaluated. This could be a reflection of an infection. Another cause of lymph node swelling and soreness is lymphoma-a type of cancer of the white blood cells that is localized in the lymph nodes. You should have it evaluated.

: At this time, without redness,tenderness,swelling or enlarged lymph glands,I suspect a low grade muscle strain. Observe for any of the aforementioned signs &amp; see your MD as needed.

Irritation/musclepul: Sounds like this could be an irritant dermatitis from some exposure to a chemical such as deodorant or mild trauma such as a pulled muscle. If persists or worsens, see your doc for eval and poss tx.

i have a sharp pain very deep in center of armpit. if i push on it, i don't feel any lumps but it is very sore. what could it be? itchiness after pain

Hydrosadenitis: Usually, inflammation of lymph nodes induce this type of pain. any infection on the upper extremity?
Other can be related to a rib and brachial nerve compression, or a cervical rib. it is fairly deep and when i press on it i feel pain and the pain radiates down my arm all the way to my hand. the pain feels like nerve pain
Heart failure (if underarm pain is due to heart attack)
•	Permanent loss of sensation
•	Permanent nerve damage (due to a pinched nerve), including paralysis
•	Pulmonary embolism (if deep venous thrombosis is present)
•	Severe discomfort or pain
•	Spread of cancer
•	Spread of infection
•	See Dr.

keep getting armpit pain, bruised feeling sore to the touch. been to dr 2x's and no answers but didn't do tests. no lumps that can be felt.

Armpit: If your pain hasn't resolved, there are a few tests that can be considered. One is an ultrasound of the armpit to look for fluid collections or enlarged lymph nodes. Also, an xray of the area is reasonable to evaluate the shoulder joint and the ribs in that region. If no abnormality is detected, it may be related to a muscle strain or tendonitis.

Lymph nodes: There may be inflamed lymph nodes in your armpit. Glands can get tender during Snd after menstruation. Maybe you have an underlying infection brewing somewhere? If you can definitely feel no lumps at all then this may be referred pain from elsewhere. You will need a proper examination by a doctor to determine the cause.
