Have it checked out: They should not be sore. You should have these lumps which are likely lymph nodes evaluated. This could be a reflection of an infection. Another cause of lymph node swelling and soreness is lymphoma-a type of cancer of the white blood cells that is localized in the lymph nodes. You should have it evaluated.
