when sleeping does tremors still go? when im awake they are in my hands legs and teeth. when laying down they are not as bad in my hands. anxiety?

Tremors: Before labeling something to psych, medical causes should be ruled out, or substance abuse causes.
A sleep study will be helpful
tremors would be unusual presentation at this age, brain scans, substance abuse etc should be ruled out.

i have strange feeling in my legs. like mild tremor in them is it possible cause of ms or its just sode effect of the prednisolone (omnacortil)?

Likely neither, but: Not clear to me why you are taking a steroid, and mild tremors in legs are very nonspecific, as can be experienced in muscle fatigue after exertion.  Prednisolone causes many side effects, but these leg sensations are not characteristic.  Ms is a clinical diagnosis compiling many signs, symptoms, and imaging findings, and your complaints are too nonspecific to confirm ms.

See details: The tremors are not a component of fibromyalgia although they could be a side effect of certain meds used to treat fibromyalgia. Speak to your doctor. You may need to consider seeing a neurologist to rule out such issues as Parkinsonism.

Need MRI of C Spine: As a spine surgeon, I think your problem could be cervical spinal stenosis with compression of spinal cord. If that is what you have, you will more likely than not get worse with time. Please see a spine surgeon to be examined and you must get an MRI of Cervical Spine. If you have what I think you have, surgery is highly recommended and you can get relief of almost all of your symptoms.

Neurologist: It's true that a hand tremor with use rather than at rest is not characteristic of Parkinson's disease, but stiffness and being tongue tied are. Familial essential hand tremor does occur with use(intention tremor). I recommend consulting a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment.  In view of cognitive issues and depression psychiatric evaluation is also needed.
