Tremors: Before labeling something to psych, medical causes should be ruled out, or substance abuse causes.
A sleep study will be helpful
tremors would be unusual presentation at this age, brain scans, substance abuse etc should be ruled out.

Need more info: You need a neurology consult to diagnose the type of tremor you have. It is unlikely to be anxiety only, but anxiety can worsen tremors. Most, if not all, true tremors stop while we are sleeping, especially in rem sleep when we are in a state of relative paralysis. Hope this helps . Take care.

Need a neurologist: If you truly are still having tremors while sleeping, i would see a neurologist. What you don't want to have happen is have a doctor misdiagnose you as having just anxiety from your tremors, etc, which it seems you already have. See a neurologist, and make sure you impress upon them that while you have a history of anxiety, the tremors are present while you sleep (make sure of this though!).
