Need MRI of C Spine: As a spine surgeon, I think your problem could be cervical spinal stenosis with compression of spinal cord. If that is what you have, you will more likely than not get worse with time. Please see a spine surgeon to be examined and you must get an MRI of Cervical Spine. If you have what I think you have, surgery is highly recommended and you can get relief of almost all of your symptoms.

Heavy arms and legs: you are too young to be having all of these issues. Start with an orthopedist who then may refer you to a neurologist. Good luck
