: All that is clear from your description is that you had sinus rhythm with PVCs. It is not clear whether the QRS pattern you refer to is noted in sinus beats or in the ectopic beats.. I do not know what you mean by the latter part of the question. Your best bet is to see a cardiologist  who can evaluate you clinically , look at the ECG, and give you his/her diagnosis and recommendation.

No: Rv conduction delay is a normal variant in the vast majority of people. Non-specific st and t wave abnormalities have a host of non-cardiac causes and can also be normal. Bottom line: would not let the ekg concern me. How are you, though?

Varies: There can be a number of reasons that an ekg can be "inconsistent".  First, if your cardiac condition varies then the keg findings can vary; second, there can be variations in the placement of the leads by the technician that can sometimes make ekgs appear different; also, if different people are reading the ekgs it may be interpreted differently.  Echocardiogram may be helpful in athletes as well

I'm good with this: These little variations on the way in which the heartbeat is propagated are common and almost never mean anything. Your bradycardia is healthy if you are a runner. You may want to try a table tilt test to see whether you have more tendency to be orthostatic than other folks; if you stay well-hydrated and haven't had syncopal episodes from it, it may not be a problem.

IVCD: Intraventricular conduction delay indicates that part of the ECG tracing, the QRS complex, is wider than normal.  It is not necessarily a significant finding, but one study did find that even if the rest of the heart was normal, IVCD was associated in the long term with higher risk of developing atrial fibrillation.  So it is not perfectly normal.

ECG interpretation : The "no acute ischemia" part means that there is no heart attack occurring at the moment.  The rest really implies that the ECG tracing was not perfect in its appearance. This could be nothing, or it could be related to true heart disease. This type of EKG would need to be interpreted in context: symptoms, physical limitation, other testing.

Abnormal EKG: Abnormalities of the electrocardiogram sometimes indicate a heart problem.  The EKG should be reviewed by a cardiologist together with your history to determine the significance of the abnormalities and whether additional testing is needed.

Possibly: It is possible that being overweight would predispose you to a breathing condition called obstructive sleep apnea where you are not breathing fully at night.
This then leads to a stress on the heart and causes the right ventricular conduction delay.
There are other healthy people without sleep apnea who have conduction delay.  This is not necessarily dangerous, but call your doctor for a check.
