However, you level should be maintained int he upper physiological level of normal and this should be monitored by a physician with regular lab tests. Naldolol will help as a beta blocker to prevent extreme swings between sympathetic and parasympathetic tone but do discuss increased salt and water intake with your doctor.

Because Accutane does make the skin more sensitive to irritants such as sunlight and laser treatments, i would be a little concerned that any excess bleaching gel on the gum tissue could be a more severe irritant than normal. Make sure any excess gel is removed after the trays are seated in your mouth, and keep a close eye out for adverse reactions.
