my daughter is 18 and she is experiencing blotching on her skin...neck back and shoulder. could this be tenea and if so what can i do?

Skin blotchiness: A number of different skin conditions can cause uneven pigmentation or blotchiness. Tinea versicolor (tv) is one of them. Usually the spots are lighter or darker than normal skin tone and have a very fine scaling. Mild tv responds to over the counter dandruff shampoos like selenium sulfide. Please see your dermatologist for more definitive diagnosis.

Think/antihistamine: Whole body hives/itching suggests a food reaction or response to an illness. The listed temperature is not impressive &amp; is probably within expected limits for this condition. Doses of diphenhydramine or a cool bath can help with the itching and may reduce new hives.

Lymph node: What you are describing could be an inflamed submental lymph node.  Lymph nodes can be painful if you have an infection. Infections from the lower lip, floor of the mouth, teeth, salivary gland, tip of the tongue and the skin of the cheeks all can affect the submental lymph node.  I suggest seeing your doctor to find out where the infection is coming from.

i have very dry,itchy skin(neck, groin) problem for past 2 year. tried all creams/moisturizer butno relief. any tips on change in lifestyle/food habit?

See dermatologist: With a list of the treatments you have tried and how long you used them.  Food allergies are not likely the cause of your dry skin.  More likely something irritating the skin locally.  Wear natural fiber clothes eg cotton and use a mild soap.

Neuralgia: It sounds like he has a problem in his neck with pressure on the nerve roots coming out in the neck area he needs to see if physician and get a definitive diagnosis

for the past month or so i have had small patches of what looks like dry skin although it isn't itchy. i have been to the doctor and she said it just looks like dry skin but i'm still unsure. on my arms, chest and neck. small patches of rough skin?

Eczema or a contact : Rash. I would recommend moisturizers such as aquaphor and if that doesn’t work, try a 1% hydrocortisone cream 3 times per day for up to a week. If no change please see your doctor again or a dermatologist.

Probably: Your muscles in the back of the neck are probably irritated which can cause headaches.  This should resolve soon.  It's normal to be sore after massage especially if it's your first one.  Hard to know if wrong type as it really depends on you.

Not warts: warts rarely or almost never showed up in the face for some reason.
they are not warts.
it could be small tiny sebaceous cyst,or oil gland cyst,since your skin is oily they are super active.
clean your face well with ant bacterial soap.
you might need to see a doctor for prescription medicine that might help eliminate them
