Not warts: warts rarely or almost never showed up in the face for some reason. they are not warts. it could be small tiny sebaceous cyst,or oil gland cyst,since your skin is oily they are super active. clean your face well with ant bacterial soap. you might need to see a doctor for prescription medicine that might help eliminate them good luck
