For the past month or so i have had small patches of what looks like dry skin although it isn't itchy. i have been to the doctor and she said it just looks like dry skin but i'm still unsure. on my arms, chest and neck. small patches of rough skin?

Eczema or a contact : Rash. I would recommend moisturizers such as aquaphor and if that doesn’t work, try a 1% hydrocortisone cream 3 times per day for up to a week. If no change please see your doctor again or a dermatologist.
