Probably not: This can all be caused by a problem in the inner ear, most likely vertigo. Vertigo may be caused by a viral infection of the inner ear, or just a benign occurrence. Since avms are chronic anatomical anomalies it is not likely that it would cause symptoms to start suddenly or be localized to one spot (the inner ear). However, it is not impossible. See your doctor if it does not get better.

Dizziness,nausea: If your dizziness is vertigo(spinning) instead of lightheadedness, and provoked or aggravated by head or body motions, the cause is most likely an inner ear disorder rather than the meningioma.. Your physician, neurologist, neurosurgeon or an Otolaryngologist can confirm this. This type of vertigo is treated with meclizine or by  certain manipulations of your head by the Otolaryngologist.

Headache: Normal MRI does not rule out all the causes for the headache. You may have headache from vascular problem, allergies, cluster headaches, etc. You can get relief with medication. Consider getting a consultation with Neurologist.

Maybe: 1 ear or both? Change in hearing or no? Headache? Stuffy, runny nose? Could be sinuses, allergies, meniere's disease (esp if 1 ear ringing, change in hearing), tumor of inner ear (acoustic neuroma, cholesteatoma), doubtful vascular problems,  tumors , etc.  Having said that, check it out with md.

Acute stroke: B"sd serious buisness. First thing to think about is a brainstem stroke with is a minutes count emergency.
Other possiblity would be labyrinthitis, which can be very symptomatic with vertigo, nausea and vomiting. 
Would the presume that the patient is already under emergency care and IS getting better

Teeth clenching??: One of the reasons for tinnitus - ringing in the ears - is teeth clenching.  Trigeminal nerve that controls jaw closing muscles also has a branch that controls tensor tympani muscle that controls ear drum tension.  Hence the connection.  Have an evaluation by a dentists with expertise in treating temporo mandibular dysfunction (tmd) to check this.

Depends: It depends on whether you are expecting it to be truly gone or if you are okay with being apathetic to it.  It will never go away. Background noise to drown it out will make you apathetic to it. 75% chance that this will happen.

i have mild pulsatile tinnitus. taking a med with low risk of "ringing in ears". no difference so far on the pulsatile. is the med safe to be taken?

Tinnitus: Pulsatile tinnitus is usually caused a blood traveling through an artery around or near the ear.  Is the medicine you are taking suppose to stop the tinnitus?  IF you are asking if it will cause more pulsatile tinnitus, it is hard to answer that without knowing what the medicine is you are taking. Different medications more apt to cause tinnitus than others.

Tough problem: Sometimes it is as simple as too much wax in the ears, so an easy first step is to see your pcp to get your ears examined.  Assuming you are wax free, it is worth a visit to an ear nose and throat doctor and/or audiologist to see if you have any hearing loss.  Hearing loss is the most common cause of tinnitus- basically- the background noise is now audible rather than drowned out by normal hearing.
