i think i pulled a lower back muscle, what are the easiest and cheapest treatments to get rid of it and get my back feeling great again?

Heat: Try to heat the area and then passive stretching exercises this will help you but will take a few days. Also could take soaringly over the counter a level or iboprophen but not consistently

could this be a pulled muscle or my kidneys my lower back has a tight like feeling no sharp pain or anything.i was doing something then it started?

Most likely it is an: acute muscle strain (pull) .  If you have trouble with urination (pain on urination,  increased frequency, radiating pain from back to bladder, frank blood or pink urine, fever/chills, etc.) then you may have kidney stones.   Or you could have referred pain from gallbladder stones if it is right side of back and you have indigestion, increased gas, colicky pain after you eat.

four weeks ago i fell off my deck and landed on my back, knocked the wind out of me. had much rib pain (mainly on right flank side) which was subsiding until 4 days ago, lower rib pain again with pain now on left side feeling like a pulled muscle?

Rib pain: I suspect you are still feeling effects of fall and pulled muscles.  Protecting the painful side has strained the other.

Possible, but: Having no pain or very little pain is a positive thing post surgery and can last for a long time, but other areas close to the initial site of surgery may be affected, or the nerves , muscles, ligaments, tendons or vertebrae in the area of surgery may have been strained by particular movement or event. Would recommend she call the Surgeon for follow up as she would require  physical exam /MRI even

Low back pain: The kidneys are a lot higher in the back than most would think. If you put your finger in the pit of your stomach and draw a line around back on both sides, that's the normal position of the kidneys. If your pain is in that area, then it could be your kidneys, if it is lower and very likely could be muscular. Either way if it persists or increases in frequency duration severity have it checked out.

So low back pain &amp; sick could describe how I felt 3 days ago when I went to the gym, worked out my legs and back like a bandit which I haven't done in a long time....or in your case it could be a urinary tract infection...or could be possibly be a viral syndrome....or pregnancy if you're a Samantha? Urine test could help as well as pregnancy. test
