Good day, Ive been having lower back pain recently & Im not entirely sure if its muscular or internal. The pain is severe in the morning as I get out of bed however fades away during the day. I have a feeling it might be my kidneys.
I've been having bad lower back pain first thing in the morning when I wake up. I have to roll out of bed and can't stand up straight or walk without severe pain. After about 10 mins I can walk normally but still have a dull ache all day?
