Possible, but: Having no pain or very little pain is a positive thing post surgery and can last for a long time, but other areas close to the initial site of surgery may be affected, or the nerves , muscles, ligaments, tendons or vertebrae in the area of surgery may have been strained by particular movement or event. Would recommend she call the Surgeon for follow up as she would require physical exam /MRI even
