So low back pain & sick could describe how I felt 3 days ago when I went to the gym, worked out my legs and back like a bandit which I haven't done in a long time....or in your case it could be a urinary tract infection...or could be possibly be a viral syndrome....or pregnancy if you're a Samantha? Urine test could help as well as pregnancy. test
