I just started today feeling pain in my lower back(kidney area) that wraps around to the side and sometimes the front. it's constant what should i do?

Low back pain: The kidneys are a lot higher in the back than most would think. If you put your finger in the pit of your stomach and draw a line around back on both sides, that's the normal position of the kidneys. If your pain is in that area, then it could be your kidneys, if it is lower and very likely could be muscular. Either way if it persists or increases in frequency duration severity have it checked out.
