Probably: It probably will pass.Make sure you strain your urine so the stone can be analyzed.Are you on tamsulosin,which relaxes the ureter and helps the sone to pass?If the pain is not controlled by meds or if it does not pass in a couple of weeks then endoscopic extraction of the stone would be a reasonable option.I hope you pass it soon.Good luck.

It depends on SX: Usually this would cause much pain and or hydroureter which requires surgical intervention by a urologist.If it is asymptomatic you could wait and it might pass on its own. But your urologist is the best person guide you.

See urologist: Your calculi seem not large enough for lithotripsy. These may pass on their own. The passage may be facilitated by placing a stent. It would be prudent to consult a urologist for proper treatment. Left untreated, even stones, this small, can damage the kidney.
Drink enough water every day so that your urine is mostly colorless.

Ureteral stone: If you have hydro you need to do something to get rid of the stone causing hydro Either you need a per-cutaneous Nephrostomy or a ureteral stint to unblock your kidney then arrangements can be made to remove the stone

What's dilated: The kidneys connect to the bladder by the ureters.  If just the kidney collecting system is dilated it is hydronephrosis.  If the ureters are dilated also, it is hydroureteronephrosis.  It gives us an idea where the blockage is.

: Balanced nutrition is important for any child at that age and all efforts should be to that goal. In general, no foods selection by itself will make a difference in this case.

Hydronephrosis: is a condition where the ureter does not drain urine in just one direction and there is back pressure on the kidney. this can lead to kidney infection and possible damage. often children are put on low dose antibiotics to prevent infection. ultimately it requires surgery

Hydro ureters: and hydronephrosis in a 2-month old infant, best management is to follow up with a urologist or better a pediatric urologist and a pediatrician or a pediatric nephrologist, he may very well has an anatomic problem causing such problem as posterior urethral valve or another abnormality. Choice of antibiotics or other medications for the current UTI is the treating  doctors' decision, best wishes
