i've had foot pain along the left side of my right foot for 3 weeks now, it just came on quite bad, when i was vaulting at gymnastics, it's causing me to get sad and upset as i can't do tumbling or vaulting bc of it, should i get it checked out?

3 week painful foot: Absolutely it should be seen by an orthopaedic  surgeon now. You may have a fracture which will worsen if it is not treated

To be safe: Xray would be recommended as the 5th metatarsal is a common bone to fracture as there are a lot of muscle attachments to the bone. Any one of which that be causing a tendonopathy.

right foot pain in the bottom arch area. nsaids.no help. hurts to work. only right foot. i just don't wanna fall but i'm unstable on the right ft?

Support is needed: There is most likely some sort of strain in that area which involves either a tendon, plantar fascia or both.
Good supportive shoes are important , but insoles are also very important.  Most of the Over The Counter insoles do not provide enough support.   You may have to see a foot specialist to get evaluated and fitted for an appliance.

i have foot pain when i step on it. i did not hurt it though. what should i do? i started having pain on the 18th of march 2012.i am not able to run or balance on that foot.also it is my right foot.

It's : It's hard to give you a meaningful answer without knowing what part of your foot hurts, how the pain feels, and whether there is any redness or swelling.

But whatever is up, it's not normal, so the best advice i can give you is to see a podiatrist, get an x-ray and a good examination, and i'm sure you'll be back on your feet again soon.

Foot pain: The foot pain could be related to many things like shoe gear, trauma, tendon overworking, sprain or tear to a ligament, etc.  It is not likely related to your neck.

i'm experiencing a stretching pain underneath my right foot and this pain feels like my skin underneath is not enough for my foot. pain started 2017 january.  everytime i walk i feel the pain but i'm currently walking the pain off everyday.

Plantar Fasciitis : You can try rolling your foot on ice and on a tennis ball. You may need to see a specialist. Try to avoid corticosteroid injections.

A lump: Is not something to self treat. On the bottom of the foot a possibility is a plantar fibroma. However, i believe all lumps should be biopsies to differentiate a benign from malignant lesion unless one is willing to guarantee a benign lesion.
