I have pain and a tender lump on the bottom of my right foot. pain is now radiating to other parts of foot. any idea what it is and how to treat?

A lump: Is not something to self treat. On the bottom of the foot a possibility is a plantar fibroma. However, i believe all lumps should be biopsies to differentiate a benign from malignant lesion unless one is willing to guarantee a benign lesion.

Plantar Fibroma: Most common "tumor" or swelling of the bottom of the foot is a plantar fibroma. You should be seen by an orthopedic surgeon or podiatrist and they will probably need to take a mri. Treatment is based on what it actually is diagnosed as.
