60-100: With medication, your heart rate at rest is normal. Your blood pressure should also be in good control.  It also depends on any other conditions you have, esp cardiac and if you become symptomatic like dizziness, weakness, blurry vision, chest pain, shortness of breath, etc.

: A low resting heart rate almost certainly means you're in excellent physical shape. If you're concerned, it's entirely reasonable to get a baseline EKG. If it's normal other than the low rate, you can relax.

No worry: Are you on any medication that slows the heart rate?  Your heart rate may slow down especially at rest and increase with activity.  If your heart rate is slow and you feel dizzy or ill, some intervention may be required.  However, if your heart rate increases with activity, and you have no symptoms, that's OK.

Heart Rate: During sleep, HR in healthy people can even go as low as 30s. As long as asymptomatic, no problem. Upto 100 is normal by definition, however, resting and above 80 concerns us for a number of conditions.

: Sometimes, when the heart is in good condition due to exercise, the resting  heart rate decreases because each heartbeat is stronger. But, if you feel woozy from it, you should be seen by a doctor-perhaps a cardiologist-to be certain there is nothing wrong. It is good that your heart rate increases with exercise but see a doctor to be certain the resting rate is ok. Good luck!
