Kegel Exerciser?: By contracting the P.C.(pubococcygeal) muscle as if you are stopping your urine in med stream is a Kegel's maneuver. Your can strengthen those muscle by contracting around any "item" that will fit in the vagina, be it a "banana" or more cheaply a tampon.

Medical evidence suggests that all body weights within this range are reasonably equally healthy (for people of your height). Outside this range, health risks may occur.

For a 5'3" height your range would be between 105lb to 143lb.  The idea that there is an optimal diet based on your blood type is out there, but there isn't much science to it.

To maintain healthy weight exercise 20-30 min a day. For weight loss a combination of healthy eating, aerobic exercise and strength training is key. Don't skip breakfast and stay well hydrated. Skip sodas and you are on your way!

HCG injection: With a 500 calorie diet is what I do offer in my office to my patienst, i did the diet myself , 1 yr ago and lost 24lbs in 28 days and have kept the weight off for over 12 months, once you lose the weight you just need to maintain, under a doctor supervision this is safe and effective, even though it is not approved by the fda in my opinion it is much safer than the currently approved diet pills.

Exercise, : and calorie control, at max, a pregnancy needs only 300 calories extra a day to allow good growth of the fetus. If a person is overweight prior to the pregnancy limiting weight gain is also appropriate, with your doctor's help and advice.

Rapid: Be very careful with rapid weight loss. Why not work on a 2 pound weight loss every month for a year. Do it well and you will loose even more. How about changing your diet rather than take diet pills.

Low sodium diet: 2 grams is considered low sodium diet. That should help the water retention.
