What are the most recommended weight loss pills for women?

HCG injection: With a 500 calorie diet is what I do offer in my office to my patienst, i did the diet myself , 1 yr ago and lost 24lbs in 28 days and have kept the weight off for over 12 months, once you lose the weight you just need to maintain, under a doctor supervision this is safe and effective, even though it is not approved by the fda in my opinion it is much safer than the currently approved diet pills.

Choices: There are currently only 4 drugs fda approved for weight loss: phentermine, orlistat, Belviq (lorcaserin) and qsymia. The latter two were just approved and not available on the market yet. Phentermine and orlistat can provide small weight loss if used properly but in general, most patients will regain the weight once they go off the drug. As such, they are used only as adjunct to diet & exercise and not alone.
