Near normal: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your hemoglobin is in the normal range and HCV is high. It may be useful to take multivitamin pills in case you are deficient in folic acid or B12.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

my blood test shows: fraction immature reticylocytes high .19, rbc low 3.82, mcv high 382, mch high 34.3, lymphocyte low 24%. what could be wrong?

B12/folate deficient: You need to be checked out for vitamin B12 or Folic Acid deficiency.    I wonder why  the doctor who ordered the blood test did not recommend getting these tests done. If these values were normal, then further studies will be required.

Thalassemia minor?: With normal packed cell volume, high red cell count, low MCV, I'd consider you may have thalassemia minor. This is good to know because if you marry someone else who has this, the children may have the very serious thalassemia major. Talk with your physician about this and what he/she thinks is actually going on.

Out of Context: One cannot interpret labs without the whole panel there.  A doctor providing your an interpretation needs medical history, the reason the tests were ordered and the whole test.  You are asking the impossible with these lab values out of context.

: Your results are abnormal and consistent with anemia. You need further studies and clinical evaluation by your doctor to determine the cause. Please seek your doctor's advice. Please do not ignore these abnormalities.

: Anemia means low red blood cell numbers and related results like hematocrit and hemoglobin, and those results are normal. Therefore, by definition, you do not have anemia. Possibly your iron levels are a bit low, the most common cause of anemia in women.  B12 deficiency is unlikely, but these results don't directly measure B12 or its main effects on blood counts. Discuss with your doctor.

i did blood test iron 60 saturation 20 ferritin 31 iron binding capacity 307 is that low iron ?? i been feeling so tired weak and pain in hands n feet rbc is 5.62 wbc normal mcv 77. mch 24.9 do i have low iron and does it cause those symptoms?

i have had swollen lymph nodes for 6 weeks now.. blood test can back wbc high rbc low. ct didn't show anything.. cervical lymph nodes 1.3 and 1.8cm.. ?

Need more info: Cervical lymph nodes can enlarge after an infection, but usually u have fever, pain, &amp; misery that goes along with an infection. Infection can cause high WBC and low RBC; however, other worrisome causes exist. Some infx last 6 wks, but usually they resolve in that time. More blood tests may b needed, but ultimately u need tissue (biopsy or excision) to make a diagnosis. TTYD or surgeon about it.

dr.blood test done.sodium level was 125 while test range 135-145. potassium level was 3.47,while test range 3.5-5.5 rbc was 4.65 while test range 4.8-5.5 all other parameters normal. can these low variations cause constant light dizziness?

: You have mild to moderate hyponatremia (low serum sodium) which needs to be investigated. Mild dizziness is not a symptom of hyponatremia but it could be caused by the same underlying disease. Medical and social history are very important when dealing a patient with hyponatremia. Good luck.
